Do I have to accept every job?
No. Providers choose jobs based on location, skill and availability.
How much does it cost?
Registration is free. The RM5/month provider membership begins only after your first completed HELP.OUT job.
How do I receive jobs?
After approval, providers may receive access to HELP.OUT's private Telegram dispatch network for suitable job opportunities.
Does HELP.OUT deduct from my service fee?
Under the current pricing model, the customer platform fee is separate from the provider's call-out or service charge.
